Refund policy
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.
However, replacements or refunds are offered only in rare cases where the product itself is received in a genuinely damaged or incorrect condition, subject to verification.
What qualifies as “Damage”?
A product will be considered damaged only if:
- The cards inside are physically damaged, unusable, or visibly affected
- The box is torn, crushed, extremely soiled, or broken to an extent that the game inside is impacted
The following do NOT qualify as damage and are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Minor dents, pressure marks, or creases on the outer box
- Slight scuffing or cosmetic wear to packaging during transit
- Color or print variations due to manufacturing processes
- Damage caused after delivery, intentional or otherwise
- Torn or removed shrink wrap
Eligibility Conditions
To request a replacement or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours will not be considered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when a replacement or exchange is not possible, after verification.
Refunds may be processed if:
- The product is damaged and cannot be replaced
- An incorrect product was delivered and cannot be exchanged
Refund Timelines
- Processed within 7 to 10 working days
- Prepaid orders refunded to the original payment method upon confirmation
- COD refunds processed via bank transfer upon confirmation
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Products once delivered, unless eligible under the conditions stated above
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Delivery delays beyond our control
- Minor packaging imperfections or shrink-wrap issues
- Claims of damage without valid unboxing proof
